1. Ubersexual: 남성적이고 열정적이며 세련된 이성애자 남성

예: Now men have to be ubersexual –more macho but still in touch with their feminine side, like Jamie Oliver, 30.

2. jump the couch: 정신 나간듯이 난리법석을 피우다.

예: Let’s just put it his way: We’re normal at Quick until deadline, then we all “jump the couch.”–“The Ten,”The Dallas Morning News, August 9, 2005.

3. ICE number: In Case of Emergency number, 휴대전화의 주소록 ICE 그룹에 저장되어 있는 비상전화번호.

예: "In those situations, emergency personnel can scroll to the ICE number and be able to iden-tify the patient, obtain medical history and advise the family that they have a sick or injured family member," she said.

4. podjacking: 타인의 음악재생기(music player)를 들어보기 위해 자신의 코드를 뽑아 타인의 MP에 꼽는 행위.

5. Cyber Monday: 사이버 월요일. 추수감사절 이후 첫 월요일. 이 날 인터넷 구매활동이 급등하여 블렉 프라이데이와 비교되기도 한다.

7.                     vodcasting: Video on Demand 방송

예: The variant form VODcasting is often used to highlight the video on demand —often abbreviated as VOD —nature of video podcasting. Some synonyms for vodcasting are videocasting and vcasting.

8.                    acoustic scooping: 타이프한 정보를 키보드의 소리를 해독하여 훔치는 행위

예: Sounds from typing on computer keyboards are distinctive enough to be decoded, allowing security breaches caused by "acoustic snooping," University of California, Berkeley researchers said last week.

9.                     podcatching: 새로운 프로그램을 다운받아서 실행해 보는 것.

예: What most people actually do is podcatching —they're on the consumer end of the podcast, capturing the goods and storing them on their hard drives and MP3 players.

10.                  sideloading: 휴대전화를 이용해 음악이나 정보를 전달하는 것.

예: Consumers in Japan, South Korea and Great Britain are already transferring songs directly from their computers to their phones, a practice known as sideloading, or downloading full-length tracks over their mobile networks.
